Apartment "I Love Njivice" is situated in a family
house on a very private beach in Njivice, Montenegro, with a
beautiful view of the Boka Kotorska Bay. The house is surrounded
with lots of greenery and faces the bay (first line of houses).
A private stairway leads from the first floor terrace straight
to the beach, where you can enjoy the sea. Hidden in the shade
of Kiwi-vine, there is an outdoor shower available for your
use. |

The
Sun comes up early in Njivice, and that is our favorite part
of the day, as you can warm up under the gentle sun, watch the
calm sea, while you slowly sip your first morning cup of coffee
on one of the balconies of the house. What we enjoy even more
is having a cup of coffee while sitting at the end of the stairs
that lead to the beach. Breathing in the morning salty sea air
early in the day feels incredibly soothing and relaxing. |

As the day goes on you can visit several local beaches or read
a book at the small dock in front of the house. For those interested
in a more active vacation, we would recommend taking the time
to visit several local islands and beaches in vicinity of Njivice.
Local entrepreneurs have organized boat tours, and there are
also several scuba-diving clubs in the bay area. |

The
House itself has three floors. Each floor has its own separate
entrance, bathroom, and a magnificent scenic view of the sea
from the terrace or balcony.
Portion of the house are available for rent. |

the first floor there is a big family room that shares its open
space with a kitchen. |

| There
are three rooms located on the second floor. Two rooms, each
with a full size bed, are facing the bay and have a spacious
balcony connecting them. The third room is a self-catering studio
with a kitchenette and a bathroom. It has a separate entrance
that faces the garden. |

| The
third floor is for our guests and consists of a self-catering
apartment with two rooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen. The largest
room's space is shared between the kitchen, a dining area, and
a very comfortable King-size bed. The smaller room has one full
size and one twin-size bed. The gorgeous view of Boka Kotorska
bay is best seen from the terrace that connects two rooms and
stretches across the whole front facade. The apartment has an
air-conditioner and a TV. It also has a separate entrance via
a spacious stone terrace that faces the garden. |

Private
parking is available if you choose to come with your vehicle,
or if you rent a car. It is important to note that the parking
port and the narrow, winding street are behind the house, so
they will not obstruct your view and enjoyment of the sea. Njivice
is a very popular one-day excursion place for the locals, so
reserved parking is a must.
If you decide to sail into the Boka Kotorska bay via sea, and
stay in our house, we would be able to provide you a private
mooring right in front of the house.
Your hosts are fluent in ENG and Serbian, but can also
speak French and German. |
