FIRST FLOOR |
The
first floor is located closest to the sea (about 5m or 16ft). |
| The large family/TV
room, kitchen, and bathroom are on this floor. Through the hand-made
arc doors, this space extends into the spacious front terrace
with plenty of space to enjoy the sea, sun, shade, food or just
the view. The side stairs of the house will take you to your
own private beach. Several other beaches are within walking
distance. |

SECOND FLOOR |
The
second floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. |
Please note that the
two rooms, each with a full size bed, are facing the Bay and
have a spacious balcony connecting them. The Third room is in
fact a self-catering studio, with a full size bed and bathroom
with a garden, just above the banana palm, facing it. In the
garden are oranges, lemons, fig trees, and flowers.
Access to this level is available from the house or through
the separate entrance. Also, in front of the entrance, there
is a quiet "Blue terrace" with a sitting area under
the shade of kiwi.
This floor is usually used by your hosts. |

THIRD FLOOR |
The
third floor is for our guests and consists of a self-catering
apartment with two rooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen. |
| The largest room's space
is shared between the kitchen, a dining area, and a very comfortable
king-size bed. . A rollaway bed or a crib can be added to this
room upon request. The smaller room has one full size and one
twin-size bed. The gorgeous view of the Boka Kotorska bay is
best seen from the terrace that connects the two rooms and stretches
across the whole front facade. Glass doors leading to the terrace
provide an unobstructed view of the beautiful sea from either
of two rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans,
dishes, and utensils. It has its own small balcony. The apartment
has an air-conditioner and a TV. It also has a separate entrance
via a spacious "stone terrace" that faces the garden,
which is furnished with an outdoor table and chairs, and is
perfect for morning breakfast or an afternoon meal. An outdoor
shower with a tap is in a corner of the "Stone terrace".
Steps from the terrace lead down to the shoreline to a sunbathing
area and private mooring. We provide a set of towels and bed-sheets
for our guests. Please bring a beach towel. Your hosts are fluent
in ENG and Serbian, but can also speak Italian, French and
German.
Private parking is for three cars.
